Winter Park Counter

Hand-poured coffee and kitchen fare

Every cup is weighed, ground to order, and extracted at deliberate water temperatures. We pair single-origin roasts with warm scratch toasts, fresh bakes, and house nut milks.

Manual extraction

Slow coffee bar

Filter brews

Manual pour-overs

Brewed on ceramic v60 cones using single-origin beans roasted for clarity and delicate sweetness. We pour slowly in timed pulses to bring out bright stone fruit and crisp floral notes.

Espresso bar

Double-shot espresso

Pulled on calibrated baskets at a steady ratio to highlight caramel depth and rich cacao body. Paired with textured local whole milk or house-pressed almond milk sweetened with Madagascar vanilla.

Cold extraction

Twelve-hour cold steep

Coarsely ground beans steeped patiently in chilled filtered water overnight. The result is an ultra-smooth, low-acidity draft pour served over hand-cut ice with subtle toasted walnut notes.

Scratch comfort

Morning plates and bakes

Savory morning melt

Aged sharp cheddar, crisp thick-cut bacon, and slow-caramelized sweet onions pressed on sourdough crumb with savory herbed dijonnaise.

Daily butter pastries

Flaky laminated croissants, cardamom morning buns, and spiced seasonal quickbreads baked fresh each sunrise in small, deliberate batches.

House brioche toast

Thick-cut bakery brioche griddled with cultured sweet butter, seasonal Florida fruit compote, whipped sea salt ricotta, and a drizzle of local wildflower honey.

Prepared fresh to order

We take the necessary time with every extraction and plate. Pull up a timber chair on South Orlando Avenue and settle in.
